Welcome to the IoT's online personal membership application form. Joining online should take you around 10 minutes. On completion of your application, you will receive an email confirmation which will include your membership number. Your online application will provisionally elect you as a member but will be subject to an additional verification process.

When you join the IoT you will pay a one-time Registration fee, together with the first year's membership fee prorated. Membership must be renewed annually on or before January 1. When joining the IoT a new applicant will pay the first year's subscription prorated together with the Registration fee, which is shown below.

The annual membership fee is normally tax-deductible. If you are entitled to the tax deduction, you will be able to find a section in your self-assessment form to claim it as a tax-deductible expense.
